As a physicist, Werner Roshardt has always been fascinated by new developments and loves the challenges they raise. Systematically questioning the seemingly obvious, he reliably manages to deliver, even in problematic cases. Owing to his 30 years of experience as a patent attorney before the European Patent Office and the other globally relevant patent offices, he knows the critical issues and can lead his cases to a successful conclusion. He also has special expertise in design and trademark law, as well as in licensing agreements. He applies his training in negotiation management to resolve conflicts outside of court. In consulting, he focuses on IP strategies that are comprehensively set up and specific to the situation at hand.
Werner Roshardt is our visionary and creative mind when it comes to developing novel strategies for intellectual property. On the weekends, he likes to explore new trails in the Swiss mountains. The view from the summit into the valley gives him new perspectives which he often materialises back in the office.
