Samuel Gutmann studied chemistry with a focus on process engineering at what was then the chemistry department of the University of Applied Sciences in Burgdorf before enrolling in the mathematics programme at the University of Berne. During his studies he was able to gain practical experience in chemical development and piloting as well as in method development in biochemical analysis. He discovered IP for himself during a special course at the University of Applied Sciences. He has been working for Keller & Partner since 2008.
Several times a week, Samuel Gutmann completes his sports program early in the morning, which keeps him physically and mentally fit. It includes a variety of exercises from the field of calisthenics. In particular, he appreciates the challenge of influencing the effect of movement and strength by changing levers and pivot points in order to develop the exercises further. His athletic ambition is also evident in his work - when Samuel has a goal, he doesn't let it out of his sight until he achieves it.
