Due to his many years of professional experience as a systems engineer for the Eurofighter Typhoon aircraft, Marcus Bauer has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in a wide range of different high-tech fields. He makes use of this technical expertise in the preparation of technical patent applications, as well as their support in the granting procedure before the relevant offices. He also has practical experience in contentious proceedings, such as opposition, nullity and patent infringement proceedings. Marcus Bauer focuses in particular on assisting start-up companies and advising employees and employers on employee invention law.
