Jacob Eisenberg

Professional activity

Jacob Eisenberg has always worked in the field of intellectual property, starting as a patent examiner at the US Patent and Trademark Office, managing global intellectual property functions for a number of international companies and working as a partner in a private law firm.  As an American-born and trained patent attorney who has lived and worked in Europe for 20 years, Jacob also brings international personal experience to his daily work.  He enjoys applying this diverse background on a personal level with clients and colleagues alike, especially in the strategic creation of useful European and American patents and trademarks under one roof.  Today, Jacob heads Keller Schneider's US department, working directly from Europe on the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
