Evelyn Zwick, as a physicist, drafts and adapts patents in all areas of physics, engineering and related technical areas. Thanks to her many years of experience in technically oriented enterprises both as a physicist (10 years) and later as a patent attorney (14 years), she has a profound understanding of the problems and interests of such companies and advises them on intellectual property rights in strategic terms, including M&A projects. In addition, she has considerable experience in opposition matters before the European Patent Office.
As a physicist: supporting customer projects in the US, Japan, India and all over Europe; Presentations at international congresses in the field of acoustics and thermal management; Inventor of a total of five patent families: measuring device for measuring the acoustic impedance of porous materials, method for the production of metallic insulation packages, manufacturing method of acoustically absorbing thermal insulation, apparatus and method of production of thermal insulation layers, heat shield for the reduction of structural vibrations on vehicles; Development of numerous measuring methods (acoustics and heat technology) for the automotive industry which have become standard; Construction of a new production line of heat insulation, using several own patents.
