Nicole Drews

Professional activity
Her interest in IP began during her law studies, which Nicole Drews completed in the “IP city” of Munich. During her studies, she specialized in intellectual property, media and competition law. This was followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Queen Mary in London, which is renowned for IP. Nicole then began her legal career at a major law firm in Munich, where she was primarily involved in trademark law and unfair competition. She then moved abroad; she started at WIPO in Geneva in the Madrid Legal Division (international registration of trademarks). Nicole has been with Keller Schneider in Bern since October 2023, where she is primarily responsible for trademark law.
